Asphalt Maintenance Done Right!
Asphalt Sealing
Asphalt sealing will significantly extend the life of your asphalt, help you avoid costly repairs,
and keep your parking lot or driveway looking terrific! We use commercial-grade coal tar sealer
diluted to spec of the product. We hand apply with brushes or we apply with a ride-on squeegee
machine for large commercial jobs. This ensures you get a thorough sealcoat that will last 2-3
times longer than a spray.
Asphalt Crack Filling & Pot Hole Repairs
Filling Cracks and pot holes in your parking lot or driveway is very important before sealing
your asphalt. This keeps water from settling in low spots and freezing in the winter time.
